Interest Form

Hi! Please fill out this form if you're interested in hiring Jet to design something for you. Submitting this form does not guarantee that the job will be accepted. Please fill this out with as much detail as possible!

Before we get started...

Due to the time I put into the work and the time it takes to better my skills, the prices will rise every so often. So once I review the request I will inform you of the expected price.

Confirming your order...

To confirm your order, I do require half of the total payment before getting started. The second half will be required before you receive the finished product. Payment is via Paypal.

I will send you a draft of the piece based on any specifications you may have or examples you have sent. At this point, if there are any changes you'd like made, I'll listen to your feedback and make changes. The drafting process may take 3-5 rounds. If at some point it is requested that the design be scrapped and started over, we will review the cost of the piece and evaluate if there are any price increases necessary.

After the final stage, I will allow some minor changes only.

The commissioner will be able to do whatever they want with the final artwork such as printing it, sharing and posting it, as long as they credit the artist Jetpackpaul.

If you are interested in placing an order, I require you to use this form below! You are welcome to email me (jetpackpaultwitch@gmail.com) to clarify questions but I will accept commissions from this form only.

All information must be present in the Google Form for me to reserve your slot or else it will be deleted. Please submit forms for each project request. A group of emotes, illustration, overlays, etc should be in separate forms.

Projects will be accepted on a first come, first served basis with the main factor of when the first payment has been received.

• No requesting copies of other content

• Please give plenty of information of what you want

• Failure to pay means you will not receive your finished product. If you attempt to use any of the drafts without paying the full agreed upon price, I will submit DMCA strikes against your channel for each stolen art piece.
  So, like, don't do that. :)
